Our Management Team consists of seasoned professionals having over 40 years of combined experience in performing complex financial advisory services in connection with venture financings, capital restructurings, business acquisitions and divestitures and corporate relations.
Bill McCartney, C.A., B.A. President
Mr. McCartney, age 51, has been the President of Pemcorp since it’s inception in 1990. Previously he was a founding partner of Davidson & Company, chartered accountants (1984-1990) where he specialized in taxation, mergers & acquisitions, structured financings and business advisory services.
He is a chartered accountant and has been a member in good standing with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia since 1980. He is also a graduate of Simon Fraser University (1978); Bachelor of Arts (business administration).
Murray Oliver, B.A. Economics, Vice President Business Development
Mr. Oliver, age 41, has been closely associated with Pemcorp since 1995 and joined the company full time in 2000 as Vice President of Business Development. Previously he worked as an independent corporate relations consultant to a number of publicly traded companies.
He is a graduate of the University of Calgary (1990); Bachelor of Economics.
